The main guest house has 6 standard double rooms, each room has a private bathroom and its own terrace, from where you can admire the mountains guarded by towering firs and the softly whispering Moldova River.
Equipped with king beds, the rooms tastefully combine the traditional style of wooden elements with modern reinterpreted elements.
The location also has a two-rooms apartment, perfect for families with children who want more space.
Our favorite and named after the family’s first grandson. It is also called the treehouse, and over time it has also become the favorite of our guests, because it offers a dose of romance in authentic style.
The old traditional elements and the fireplace creates a cozy place.
The view from the balcony is delightful: a lovely courtyard full of flowers, a pond and green spaces as far as the eye can see.

This old house simply about unplugging and going back to your roots. Inside you will find the warm atmosphere of simple, authentic life, which does not lack the traditional hearth that will remind you of the warm atmosphere of the vacations spent at your grandparents.
And because this house is full of life, in the middle of the old porch grew a tree.
Our connection with nature is strong and can be felt at every step. The spaces arranged like in a story invite you to spend as much time as possible here, and the traditional architecture is preserved thanks to the local craftsmen. The goodies we offer you are made with natural ingredients from our household or those of our neighbours, and the traditional recipes prepared by the local chefs will delight your senses. You can choose to enjoy the local gastronomy in an elegant environment, at the guesthouse’s restaurant and on the terrace, but also in the gazebo or in the sheepfold. Instead, for a truly authentic experience you must not miss the Baciului cellar and especially the “palinca” with fenugreek root. It is famous among our guests, will you discover why?!
Whether you want to go horseback riding, explore the surroundings by bike, fish, play soccer, tennis, volleyball, ping pong, swing in a hammock, or jump on a trambuline, everything is possible at Casa Baciu.
On summer days our guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, and if the gloomy weather does not encourage you to go outside, you can relax in the sauna, in the salt room or in the Finnish sauna.
There is also a games room – Casa Măriucăi, children’s paradise.
